“There is an explosion of growth and development in RiNo, Cole, 5 Points, Curtis Park, Whittier, and the surrounding areas. 400 Home Advisor employees are moving into the Hub by early April 2019. Industry RiNo is already open. The World Trade Center is planned for the corner of 38th and Walnut. Urban Land Conservancy is building a housing tower on another corner of 38th and Walnut. There is a 13 story apartment building being built at 35th and Walnut. The list goes on. And the only point of access is the woefully inadequate underpass on 38th Avenue between Brighton Boulevard and Walnut Street. We demand funding for a solution be allocated in the city’s 2020 budget and we demand there be better access. ”
