“Arapahoe Square is seeing an increase in residential development particularly along the Welton Corridor. With over 1,100 residential units currently under-construction along the corridor, an additional 238 units may soon be underway.
Last year, the Arapahoe Square Design Advisory Board was formed by the city and they are busy reviewing new projects, such as the one we are featuring today. This board will make sure that projects in Arapahoe Square meet zoning and design guidelines.
