Mimosas, a new breakfast concept that is part of The Flyfisher Group’s multi-pronged investment in Five Points food and beverage companies, officially opened last week at 2752 Welton St. Seeking to offer both affordability and gourmet food, the restaurant will open for dine-in and patio service from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, a brainchild of Flyfisher corporate chef Daniel Young that is helmed by general manager Aubrey Clark and chef de cuisine Ian Richards.”
