“Missoula City Council members are moving forward with two new affordable housing complexes dubbed the Trinity Project.
The complex will be split between two properties, one on Cooley Street, the other on Mullan Road next to the detention center.
Trinity Cooley will have 72 homes for families, with four buildings that include row houses and apartments. The apartments will have underground parking.
The Cooley complex will sit on the previous Skyview Trailer Park property that had 34 trailer homes.
Trinity Mullan will have 100 units for individuals and families and 30 supportive housing units for the chronically homeless.
The Mullan units will be connected to a navigation center that will offer counseling, community space and medical services.”
