Rita’s Law, the bar that opened in June 2019 at 2209 Welton Street, will close after a last hurrah on September 24. “I just can’t stay afloat with everything that has happened in the past couple of years,” says owner Rita Price in a video posted on Instagram. “I definitely think that if we didn’t have COVID — or I know — then I wouldn’t be in this situation.”
