“AVAILABILITY OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) Morgan Park Apartment Housing Project American Indian Community Housing Organization (AICHO) and BlueLine Development, Inc will be applying for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits from Minnesota Housing Finance Agency and City and/or State of Minnesota HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), for an apartment project in the Morgan Park area of Duluth, MN. AICHO and BlueLine are requesting proposals based on qualifications for architecture and engineering services to assist in the designing, preparing construction and bid documents and providing construction phase services for this project, in compliance with all applicable requirements under Minnesota Housing design & construction standards, and Minnesota and City of Duluth HOME, and other funding agencies.
