“A new development of attainable microapartments is in the works for Denver’s Five Points neighborhood.
Concept plans submitted to the city on June 10 call for a five- or six-story building at 2821 Welton St. with 114 dwelling units that are each about 400 square feet.
Ross Holbrook, managing partner at Stok Investment Group, said he’s committed to helping solve income and inequality struggles with the housing he builds. He said the building’s units will be available to individuals making less than 100% of the area median income.
“One of the ways we can do that is to provide really high-quality housing in places where people want to live, obviously in a smaller package,” he said. “
